Kramer & Frank handles retail collection claims in Missouri, Kansas and Southern Illinois. Our clients range from small businesses and credit unions to some of the nation’s largest credit card issuers, auto finance companies, banks and other financial institutions.
The firm’s collection practice includes non-attorney Collection Administrators who complete the non-legal aspects of collecting each claim with the aid of Kramer & Frank’s state-of-the-art, proprietary communications and computer system. All activities performed by Collection Administrators are under the supervision and control of our attorneys. The Collection Administrators’ skills and the firm’s technology make the resolution of claims expeditious and cost effective.
If voluntary payment arrangements are not established, the claim can proceed to litigation. Kramer & Frank’s collection attorneys are responsible for the litigation of all cases, including preparing pleadings and motions, completing discovery, appearing at dockets, conducting hearings and trials, securing judgments, and pursuing post-judgment remedies.
